Objective: The goal of the Wild Kratts Race Around the World Board Game is to travel around the world, collecting Power Suit cards and being the first to return to the Tortuga with a complete set of creature powers.
Setup:
Board Setup:
Place the game board on a flat surface.
Place the Creature Power Suit cards face down in a draw pile.
Place the Creature Power discs in a pile nearby.
Player Setup:
Each player selects a character pawn and places it on the Tortuga start space.
Each player receives a Creature Power Suits board to place their collected cards on.
Deck Setup:
Shuffle the Creature Power Suit cards and place them face down in the designated area on the board.
Gameplay:
Turn Sequence:
Players take turns in a clockwise order.
On your turn, roll the die and move your pawn the corresponding number of spaces.
Landing on Spaces:
Creature Power Suit Card Spaces:Â Draw a Creature Power Suit card from the deck. If it matches one of the empty spaces on your Creature Power Suits board, place it there. If not, return it to the bottom of the deck.
Creature Power Disc Spaces:Â Collect a Creature Power disc from the pile. Discs can be used to take extra turns or move extra spaces, depending on the game's specific rules.
Special Spaces:Â Follow the instructions on special spaces, which may involve moving forward, moving backward, losing a turn, or swapping cards with another player.
Collecting Creature Power Cards and Discs:
Players need to collect a specific number of Creature Power Suit cards to complete their Creature Power Suits board.
Discs can provide special abilities or advantages during the game.
Returning to Tortuga:
Once a player has collected a full set of Creature Power Suit cards, they must return to the Tortuga start space.
The first player to reach the Tortuga with a complete set of Creature Power Suit cards wins the game.
Winning the Game: The first player to collect a full set of Creature Power Suit cards and return to the Tortuga wins.
