The Chameleon: Picture Edition is a fun party game where players try to identify the Chameleon among them using visual clues. Here’s a basic rundown of the rules:
Objective:
For regular players: Identify the Chameleon who doesn't know the secret picture.
For the Chameleon: Blend in and avoid being caught.
Gameplay:
Setup:
Each player receives a magic reveal sleeve.
Distribute the picture cards evenly among players.
Shuffle the code cards.
Determining the Chameleon:
Choose a dealer.
The dealer deals one code card face down to each player, except for one player who receives a picture card instead. This player is the Chameleon.
Revealing the Secret Picture:
Players look at their code card through the magic reveal sleeve to see the secret picture.
The Chameleon sees a picture card instead.
Describing the Picture:
Starting with the dealer, players take turns saying one word related to the secret picture.
The Chameleon tries to guess the picture based on the words and blend in by saying a related word.
Accusing the Chameleon:
After everyone has said a word, players simultaneously point at the person they think is the Chameleon.
If the majority points at the correct Chameleon, they win. The Chameleon can try to guess the secret picture. If correct, they escape.
If the majority points at the wrong person, the Chameleon escapes and wins.
New Round:
A new dealer is chosen and the game continues.
Additional Rules:
The Chameleon must say a word related to the picture, even if they don't know it.
Players can't repeat words said by others.
The game can be adjusted for different numbers of players.
Tips:
Pay attention to the words other players use.
The Chameleon should try to be subtle and avoid obvious mistakes.
Regular players should look for inconsistencies in the Chameleon's behavior.
The Chameleon Picture Edition is a fun and engaging party game that relies on deception, observation, and quick thinking. Enjoy!
