Player Setup:
Each player receives a Restaurant Board, which includes areas for managing recipes, ingredients, and customers.
Each player starts with a set of Starting Recipes, Ingredients, and Money.
Shuffle and place the Recipe Cards and Customer Cards in their respective draw piles.
Starting Items:
Each player draws a starting hand of Recipe Cards and Ingredient Cards.
Place the Customer Deck face down on the board.
First Player:
Determine the first player using your preferred method.
Gameplay:
The game is played in a series of rounds, with each round consisting of the following phases:
Phase 1: Market Phase:
Players can purchase ingredients from the Market using their money. Ingredients are used to cook recipes and attract customers.
Phase 2: Recipe Phase:
Players may choose to develop new recipes or improve existing ones. To develop a new recipe, players need to spend ingredients and money to acquire Recipe Cards from the Recipe Book.
Each recipe card requires specific ingredients and provides various benefits or points.
Phase 3: Customer Phase:
Draw Customer Cards from the Customer Deck. These cards represent different types of customers that will visit your restaurant.
Customers have specific preferences and will visit your restaurant based on the recipes you have available.
Phase 4: Service Phase:
Players prepare and serve dishes to customers based on the recipes they have developed. Successful service earns money and points.
If you have the right recipes and ingredients, you can attract and serve more customers, earning additional rewards.
Phase 5: End of Round:
After all players have completed their actions, the round ends. Refresh the Market with new ingredients, and prepare for the next round.
Scoring:
Recipes: Points are awarded based on the complexity and value of the recipes you have developed and served.
Customers: Points are earned by serving customers and meeting their preferences.
Money: Accumulated money may contribute to final scoring based on specific game rules or bonuses.
Winning:
The game ends after a predetermined number of rounds or when a specific condition is met (e.g., all Customer Cards have been drawn).
The player with the highest total score, combining points from recipes, customers, and money, wins the game.
Tips for Playing:
Recipe Development: Focus on developing recipes that align with the customer preferences to maximize points.
